Aix Marks the Spot!
We spent 10 fun & relaxing days in Aix en Provence - a truly beautiful city! Once again, this was another place we both could so easily settle in - fresh baguettes every morning, a butcher around the corner and window shopping to your heart's content.
Our last night in Aix was the first night the Christmas lights were turned on - absolutely stunning, if not a little dampened by the torrential rain and thunderstorm we experienced! Nevertheless, the market stalls remained open and the punters were in abundance.
On one of our day trips, Lindsay decided to have a go on the playground's sombrero-like equipment which spun around at a rate of knots. This pose is called "holding on for dear life". She vetoed the pictures post-ride...
